The location here is spectacular, close to the city center with shopping centers and a market nearby.

Quiet and nice place to stay in a very good building with views of city. Exceptionally comfortable bed in the quadruple room, plus an electric kettle, central heating, and a multi-channel TV. Excellent and marvellous location for Puno, very close to a shopping mall, large supermarket and ATMs, and large supermarket. Also, near port too. Early check-in, parking nearby.

Comfortably spacious room with a private bathroom. the bed was super cozy 🛏️ and the staff were incredibly friendly. Plus, the prices were very affordable.

stayed at a different hostel in puno before, but hostal virgen de las nieves ii exceeded my expectations! comfy beds, hot shower, good wifi, and oscar spoke english and gave great travel advice. found cheap menus nearby too!

We had a great stay at a budget-friendly hotel near the city square. The staff was helpful, even with the language barrier. The clean linens and delicious continental breakfast, including customized eggs, were a pleasant surprise. The location, close to the bus station, made it convenient for our travels. Despite some issues with the hot water and dated facilities, we appreciated the change from our usual cold-only hostels. I would recommend this hotel for a one-night stay.

It is just a short walk from the central square, where you can find plenty of shops and restaurants. the hotel is conveniently located near the lake, providing easy access to activities such as boat tours. the hotel offers excursions to the famous floating islands, allowing you to experience the unique culture of the region.
